say BOO to drugs!

the above is the campaign that's going on. and it's BOO instead of NO because it's the week before halloween. they asked us to wear ribbons ourselves that had one of a variety of sayings on it. i chose, say BOO to drugs because it seemed the least offensive (i didn't choose "users are losers" because i have friends who are users and not all of them are losers! i used to think that way in high school and while in college i realized what a closed-minded attitude that is - i'd hate to be responsible for making children closed-minded to certain people just because they use drugs). anyhow, i was just typing a short update. it's one of the last beautiful days of fall, so i must go outside and take advantage. details on the weekend to follow shortly...
