is that so bad?

*stream of explitives* i forgot a doctor's appointment today. didn't even call to cancel. had even thought about it and made plans around it yesterday. i HAD to bring down my camera and start looking at the pictures i had taken, then get absorbed, then completely forget about the 4:30 until the receptionist called me at 4:45 and woke me from my trance *MORE EXPLITIVES!* it's just that the nurse made me feel bad. she said something about if i had called to cancel the doctor would have been able to fill the appointment; but since i didn't it's their loss. *(&%%$$%##^&^%$* oh well; hopefully doctor G went and had an enjoyable cup of coffee on the part of my dumbassedness.
