i just have to say i love panera, EVEN when they have run out of cinnamon crunch bagels, because of the free internet.

since boyfriend's computer is in a persistent vegetative state (with a picture of my angry face the only thing that comes up) we have not had internet. throw in the move and we still do not have internet. though we have a TV and Cable (today before getting up off my ass to come to panera i watched Bravo - four straight hours (or something) of Blow Out and then an hour of the kathy griffith: my life on the D-list show. but i did accomplish something; i finished part of a project and "made money" by making about five rolls of $10 worth of quarters, and more rolls of $0.50 worth of pennies, $5 worth of dimes, and $2 worth of nickels... i will have the count from today posted for all y'all when those stats are available). but i am still going nuts without my Air America (consolation: audio book - al franken narrating his book The Truth (with jokes))... that's ok because i have cspan and the sound of my voice (NO YOU RETARD! YOUR FRIKKIN CATCH PHRASES ARE GETTING OLD! WHY DON'T YOU JUST SAY SOMETHING!!!)

so i have felt out of the loop for a couple of days.

i'm sure you're all imagining me tanned and freckled but the truth is i have not spent much time in the sun. it did rain for like three days straight. today was beautiful but i just didn't have the energy. plus i'm a little shy so i haven't yet ventured to the "welcome center" one must pass through to get to the pool area; i'm not sure what i would say if they were to ask me why i am not on the lease?

the only downside to blogging at panera is that after a while my extremities freeze. today i'm wearing my mocs so only my fingers are going numb. so far.
