a coup in the works?

the district is bringing in a woman to do research at our school.

to do research on the work environment.

meaning, the new superintendent of personnell is listening to complaints about The Principal and doing something about it.

it seems like a very corrupt story. the previous super was this guy who was a total asshole who allowed bilingual aides to make LESS than regular aides. he and The Principal got along famously. thus, when similar surveys were sent around two years ago, nothing came of it because the surveys were mysteriously "lost."

well, this time, the surveys are ANONYMOUS. they will be placed in envelopes that will be sent directly to the woman who is doing all this, who is not connected with the district in any way. and she is interviewing EVERY PERSON ON STAFF about how we could make the school a "better place for kids."

this should be interesting.
