fun in the "sun"

Me, trying to get some good old UV rays from my halogen desk lamp, while of course protecting my eyes with the new sunglasses.

i'm not sure how much or what kind of UV rays are provided by this light source, but i took off the glass plate that says "UV FILTER-001" on it. so i've got to be getting some rays, right?

it's a cheaper alternative to a tanning bed.

maybe i should just hibernate through this depression and wake up in the springtime voraciously hungry but happy?

i can tell the lack of light is affecting me because i get dizzy every once in a while. the dizzy that isn't really like i feel physically dizzy, but it's like a mental dizzy. the same dizzy i felt when i first started taking an SSRI and also when i abrubtly stopped taking it for a few days. so something must be changing in my body.

before taking anything new though i'll try yoga therapy.

oh, and there was a party here at my house this weekend. i had some great obnoxious drunken pictures of my brother and even some video clips, but when i came downstairs sunday morning to retreive my camera, everything had been erased!
