just addressed the scabies issue with the secretaries. they gave me the "we don't want this going around" bullshit. "it's one thing to tell all the kids, but shouldn't at least the staff know? I saw the note on K's desk, and i'm in her room almost every day. nobody notified me!" i think the entire school should know - it's not like these two classes are completely isolated; these kids are on the playground with everyone else! will have to do some research and see if it is transmitted as easily as lice - maybe the nurse does have a legit reason for not telling the staff.
