92 degrees and rising

yesterday i had my best yoga practice ever. i felt good afterwards! maybe it's because i went out with some ladies from work beforehand and we all shared this huge dirt-black piece of chocolate cake with ice cream... mmmm am getting butterflies in my stomach just thinking about it. and have been alcomohol-free since tuesday. yay! oh and yesterday i was also on my 2nd fioricet (the narcotic for my headaches) so that may have had something to do with the good feelings. either way, it was great!

am a little concerned; a police officer called the house and asked for my sister. she's not home yet, and he said something about an incident with her male friend and some other guy, and he wanted to see if she was alright. tried calling her cell but no answer. hmmmm. hope everything is ok.
