it's not fair.
everything i like to eat is a headache trigger!
for example, over the course of two days i devoured a chocolate truffle cake (not big at all it was one of those minis) and yesterday i got a headache.
before my last migraine i had eaten (again, over the course of two days) an entire avocado with bread.
so i'll have to check avocados and dark chocolate off the list until i can find a reasonable cure-all. or maybe i could indulge myself just a little at a time to build up my trigger tolerance?
