state of constant fear

i'm freaked out because it seems like everything is beginning to fall apart.

is this not terrorism???
let's see... the public is fed a constant diet of fear (vote for us or we'll be attacked again, etc.) so those susceptible are in constant fear...

i'm getting the feeling that the ubiquitous "they" have already accomplished what they sought out to do: to incite constant fear, a constant feeling of being terrified, (which is the essence of terror, is it not?) gloom, doom, whatever you want to call it. add to that the hightened collective nervousness i experienced at the airport the other day... we're so afraid of lipgloss bombs that we willingly hand over our $20 tubes of the perfect lip gloss, or pay the $8.00 to mail it to ourselves, or beg the people at the counters to find our checked bags so we can stick it in there. oh yeah, in the name of "fighting the terrorists" i'm (we are) afraid the gov't might be following up on me, keeping my blog out of view when i state my opinion that gwb is the antichrist. fear fear fear!

in other news, i did get a job. i'll be an ESL assistant at one of the schools in the local school district. i'll be able to take classes towards my license and maybe masters.

not that it's going to matter as no doubt we are on the brink of SOMETHING TERRIBLE HAPPENING!
